Settings, Permissions & Premium
Manage dashboard access, set language and assign premium features.
Dashboard rights for your team
Give roles targeted access to selected areas.
Manage the Who Team Panel with Discord IDs
The separate Who Team Panel uses Discord user IDs. Only the designated Who owner can grant, change, or revoke team access.
- 1
Sign in with Discord and open the Team Panel from the server selector.
- 2
Enter the team member’s Discord ID in the Permissions area.
- 3
Enable Read to let the person view server dashboards. Enable Edit to let them change settings; Edit includes Read.
- 4
Team members can look up a Guild ID in the Team Panel and open that server’s dashboard if Who is installed there.
Configure role releases
- 1
Open Permissions in the dashboard.
- 2
Select a Discord role.
- 3
Only mark the dashboard modules for which this role is responsible.
- 4
Decide whether the role can edit settings.
- 5
Ask a member with this role to test server selection and released modules.
Arrange access correctly
A dashboard share grants access to the Who configuration area. It does not replace Discord permissions and does not automatically grant moderation rights in the server. Administrator bypass can be controlled separately.
Language, time zone and basic options
Customize Who responses and time-based ads to your server.
Server-wide settings
Settings includes the language of Who replies, time zone, display name, accent color, direct messages, and other basic options. These settings apply to the selected server.
- 1
Select the desired language from the list.
- 2
Specify a valid IANA time zone, for example Europe/Berlin.
- 3
Save and control a new bot response and a log timestamp.
Language of documentation
The documentation describes the current product interface. Names in brackets often correspond to the English field names in the dashboard, so that you can find them even if the server language is set differently.
Systematically limit errors
Check for missing rights, invisible servers and missing actions.
Fast check sequence
- 1
Check if you are in the correct Discord server and dashboard module.
- 2
Read the specific bot feedback: It should mention missing rights.
- 3
Control channel rights and role hierarchy in Discord.
- 4
Check whether the module is activated and saved.
- 5
Test the function in a channel in which the bot has all the necessary rights.
If it still doesn't work
Note the server, the affected function, the time and the exact error message. Do not share tokens, OAuth codes, or private direct messages. This information will help support narrow down the error.
